The agreement between you and Jetpack Racing Hub: what we provide, what we ask in return, and the house rules that keep the ladder honest. Short on purpose — our monetisation charter is only two sentences.

The Agreement
By using jetpackracinghub.com and its services you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the portal — that really is the whole clause.
Service-specific terms (tournament rules, academy enrolment, coaching sessions) supplement these terms and are presented where you buy them. Where they conflict, the service terms win.
What We Provide
The portal delivers game information, community features, commercial services and support for Aero Racer players in Australia. Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, as described on their pages, for the prices shown in AUD.
We may improve, pause or retire services as the portal evolves — paid services get 30 days' notice of material change, with pro-rata refunds where applicable.
What We Ask of You
Fair play and honesty, in short:
- No cheating, exploits or leaderboard manipulation — verified violations cost records and can end accounts.
- No abuse of other pilots, staff or community spaces.
- Accurate details on forms and purchases — we can't help ghosts.
- You must be 13+ for a standard account; younger pilots use supervised junior accounts.
Break these and we may suspend access; egregious cases (fraud, harassment) end without appeal.
Purchases & Subscriptions
Prices display in AUD including GST. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes two taps and access runs to period end. One-time purchases deliver as described.
The refund policy grants a 14-day change-of-mind guarantee on everything we sell — separate from and additional to your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Account & Content Rules
Accounts are personal and non-transferable — pilot records are earned, not bought. You're responsible for activity under your account; family profiles cover households properly instead of sharing logins.
Community circuits and content you publish remain yours; you grant us a licence to distribute them through the level index and feature them across the portal.
Sell craft, never advantage. Make leaving as easy as joining.
Disclaimers
The portal is provided 'as available' — we work hard to keep it running but can't promise uninterrupted service. Third-party links (app stores, maps) are outside our control.
To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties beyond Australian Consumer Law guarantees — which remain fully intact and non-negotiable.
Changes to These Terms
Material changes post 30 days in advance on this page and in-app where relevant. Continued use after the notice period means acceptance — we'll always give you the date it happens.
