jetpackracinghub.com is operated by Jetpack Racing Hub Pty Ltd (ABN 63 408 195 772, ACN 509 271 834), the official Australian portal licensed by Halfbrick Studios, with registered offices at 175 Eagle St, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia.
The portal provides information, services and community features relating to the Aero Racer mobile game. Game software itself is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play under each store's own terms.
Intellectual Property
Aero Racer, Jetpack Racing Hub, circuit names, character designs, artwork and all game assets are the property of Halfbrick Studios and its licensors. Portal content — articles, graphics, level descriptors — may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Community-created circuits remain the property of their creators, who grant us a licence to feature and distribute them through the level index.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Nothing in these pages limits those statutory rights — our refund policy operates on top of them, not instead of them.
Liability & Fair Use
The portal is provided in good faith with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from site unavailability, third-party links or community content — though we moderate actively and respond to valid complaints.
